Non-Return Valves and Distribution Blocks
DATA non-return valves and distribution blocks are designed to keep the cylinder stable against external forces in various types of hydraulic steering systems. They provide high oil flow with minimal pressure loss in manual systems. The valves can be used either integrated on the pump or as in-line type units.
All models are equipped with ½” BSP connections and are manufactured in various versions according to system requirements.
Features
- DKV-4 is designed for a single steering pump and manufactured from marine-grade aluminum material.
- DKV-4B is an improved version for a single steering pump, equipped with an integrated by-pass valve that allows the system to be operated with a manual tiller.
- DKV-6 is designed to connect two steering pumps; while one pump operates, the other remains in a fixed position.
- DKV-4E is equipped with 24VDC electrically operated valves and is used in systems with a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU). The electrical valves are normally open and automatically close when the HPU is activated, preventing oil flow interference between the manual pump and the power unit.
- Distribution blocks are fitted with cross safety valves to prevent excessive pressure caused by external forces in the system. In addition, the integrated by-pass valve allows operation with a manual tiller.
- The by-pass function also facilitates air bleeding during the system’s initial operation.
- All models are manufactured from marine-grade aluminum material and are available in versions with different numbers of connection ports.
